Like you see him walking along and roll down your window to yell out “f— you” and give him the finger. I mean, there are different variations, some people like “faggot” but that’s not exactly political correct. “A-h0le” is OK too. You can get creative but an “F you, mf’er” with a bird or perhaps 2 is a classic win

My 17th birthday is coming up and im stuck for ideas on what to ask for. I’m not getting a car until i can drive so that is not an option. Im fortunate enough to not really have a price budget (within reason!) and so i was thinking of maybe asking for a classic designer item (eg a chanel bag) or something along those lines. Im really interested in fashion so a present relevant to that would be ideal. I dont want to ask for money or a new phone/laptop. Thanks!x

If you have any clunkers in your household, it would behoove you to keep your eyes open for the next U.S. government cash for clunkers plan. No sooner had our political leaders wrapped up the automobile program than they brought out a sequel for …

Ignoring the Keynesian Demand benefits for New Car makers, what is the payback period for the bCash for Clunkers/b payment of $4500 measured solely in terms of reduced carbon emissions? My algebra suggests that it is 25 years or more and …

I don’t have very many nice things, but there’s one possession of mine that I value over all the others- my soon-to-be classic car. I pour money into it- I haven’t bought myself much over the past few months because almost all of my paycheck (excepting my usual expenses) goes into fixing it up. I’m finally coming to a point where I was satisfied- I fixed all the things other people broke and got all the parts I need for it to run great- and I figured I’d splurge and take it, my friends and I on a little trip to the city (we’re small town people) to watch movies and have fun. Now I can’t do that, because someone did something to my car by “accident” (even though I was standing right next to them telling them to stop because the thing would break, they didn’t stop, and sure enough it did). Now I have to shell out another $25 for a part that I didn’t need. It’s not much to most people, but it’s a lot to me. That $25 was going for gas and movie tickets. Now it’s not.

If, when I tell them to stop tearing up my stuff, they won’t, how do I get them to stop? It’s just frustrating; having to buy all sorts of stuff just because people don’t care about anyone besides themselves.

I was recently doing some quotes…I keep getting around $981*ish 6 month premium. I don’t know, it’s not that I couldn’t afford that in the future it’s that I’m hoping I can get it a bit cheaper…being that I drive 4 miles to school, will only drive it less then 2500 miles a year! 5 days a week. I don’t qualify for hagerty, or any of those classic car Insurance Co.’s. I’m not sure, I guess if i talked to a real agent you think it’d decrease a bit? Because I have a junk car that I’ll be using for winter and really cold days, my dads car :p. By the way the insurance company was PROGRESSIVE. I tried many other, they where all higher. Why was it when I tried other cars they skyrocketed past $900, like seriously, I tried a 1996 Honda it went from $900 to $1100!? I’m not sure if it’s a messed up quote or what, haha.

P.S. all this from it going from X amount to X amount that’s all 6 month not 1 month.

I was thinking about becoming a mechanic, but they make barely any money. I also hear that people that are currently mechanics don’t like being one. Are there any other jobs that are similar to being a mechanic that make more? I love cars, my dad use to be a mechanic and actually does exterior car work today. I would want to work on the engine and preferably classic cars. Is it possible that I could find a job that would have what I want? Any suggestions?
When I say engine I mean engine/trans/body/etc.

My 18 year old older brother is graduating June 1 (we’re still trying to figure out how that happened! ;). Anyway I have no idea what to get him. I don’t want to get him the classic gift card or money because everyone else is getting him those things. I’m his sister I want to get him something personal!
He is really into cars (always has been). So he’s planning on going to a tech school that’s completely hands on auto mechanics. There’s no English, Math, History, etc. involved. Just cars. So he doesn’t really need office supplies all that much. And he will be living at home for the time being.
He loves video games (anything to do with cars) and his favorite car brand is Ford.
My budget is $45
Thanks yal! :D
