Resolved Question: If you finance the entire purchase price of a car, what upfront costs do you have to pay to buy a car in OH?

I’ve heard of the classic fees like “tags” and “title” but what other upfront costs are there? How much are all of these upfront costs? I am trying to determine exactly how much cash I will need to buy a new car if I am financing the entire purchase price? I am purchasing in Ohio and the new car is about $21,000.
We are already pre-financed so that’s not an issue. And while my credit score is not bad, it’s definitely not 800 and 100% financing was not a problem at all. Cars don’t depreciate as much as everyone tells you they do - yes, as soon as it’s not “new”, you can’t sell it as new, but 1 and 2 year old cars aren’t that much discounted from new cars. Also, after a few months of payments, a lender would be just fine reposessing, reselling and getting their money back.
