Hi there scooter enthusiasts (or possibly motorcyclists as well). I am a female college sophomore about to purchase my FIRST scooter ever. I have done lots of research into the make and model I am looking for and have finally settled on two options. 1) purchase the 2010 Lance Cali Classic 125 (a very hot scooter recently) or 2) wait for the Adly La Vita 150 to come out. Either way, I will be needing a helmet to keep my noggin safe from the random meteorites hurling towards the entire 3 sq. feet of space I take up. Oh, and also cars, trucks, rolling boulders, and swerving bicyclists too. I haven’t found much information on the safety of different helmet models except the obvious: don’t wear half-shells. If anyone out there might have some more information for me, I’d love to hear your advice.
