anyone remember a classic cartoon movie that was aired on Cartoon Network’s Cartoon Theater, that featured a live action young boy, with a mini red car, that he drove into a cartoon land? If that makes any sense. I do believe it was filmed in the 70’s or something, but I remember seeing it in the 90’s. If you remember the name, PLEASE let me know!
