my father was just diagnosed with esphogus, lung, and liver cancer. I feel totally helpless. He has worked hard his whole life. He was a vietnam vet and worked for northwest for 35 years when they shut down his branch and he was forced to retire. He got a job moving cars for only 8 bucks an hour. He lost his health coverage and is now going to the V A hospital for his cancer. I dont know if I like this idea, but he has no other option. His pride and joy is his 1954 ford hard top retractable car. The top won”t go back up anymore. It really isnt in that bad of shape, but it could use a little TLC. I cant afford to do this for him, but I know that it would really bring his spirits up.
