(Knew car badges that are designed to be fitted on classic cars radiator grill or bumper bar badge holder. Where are they made and who makes them?)

Hello. I was wondering if anyone here reading this may have some knowledge on where the car badges as seen here on this link below on the ebay page are manufactured. Are they made in china or made more locally. I have tried google for this without any good answers but I was hoping that someone who has some kind of connection with these badges may be able to give me an answer.
